It stores valuable customers contacts and details for retrieval by the front line staffs or sales, helping them to remember customers preference and particulars, adding confidence for their intention in establishing a stronger bond with the potential clients.
With the grasp of the essence of CRM, taking into account the organizational procedures of our client DTZ, we decided to target our application to make use of the client database in handling Potential customers ( Opportunity ), Sales Activities and Marketing Activities.
Financial report generating is a useful secondary function offered by the system. We integrated existing DTZ valuation system into CRM, which result in an advantage where revenue forecast can be issued in a neat report format. This report has been a favorable tool for the management to foresee the business.
