Other functionalities :
1.Transaction logging
The system keep track on the operations performed by any user accounts, for which a transaction log report can be generaed for reference by the system administrator to monitor usage and ensure data security.
2.Role based access rights
User accounts are managed base on their role. Users can not perform unathorized operation that their role is not attributed to. The provide a measure to protect privacy and system safety.
3.Automatic data backup
The system backup all the data periodically. This is a useful feature to ensure data are secured against malicious attempt to delete the data from the user interface or data lose due to unexpected system malfunction. Once restoring from the backup, the system can return to its normal operation and the user are free from the worry of data lost.
4.Flexibility
The HR Attendance Monitoring System is developed with a triple control layer structure, which mean whenever a system modification is needed, changes can be applied to the control layer or the user interface layer according to the requirement from the user.
